Services for Children, Youth & Families
Working with children, adolescents and their families to promote change is my passion! In my work in these areas I have supported families as they explore challenges related to trauma, mental health, including anxiety and depression, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) to name a few. As well, families who are going through transitions, self esteem and relationship challenges. In my work with children and families, I work to create goals that are meaningful and supportive to create positive changes and strive to engage all
clients by utilizing evidence based interventions while incorporating art and/or play to support this, at times, difficult process.

Services for Adults
I have supported adults with a wide range of challenges. I will work with you to develop goals for treatment that are meaningful and will support your growth as an individual or as a couple. Examples of issues that are common in my work with adults are: relationships, parenting, anxiety and depression, trauma and abuse (current and historical), self esteem, as well as coping with loss and grief. These services can be provided individually or with families and will utilize evidence based interventions to support your individualized process. I strive to create an environment which is supportive of all situations, experiences, and goals.
